Managing Director & Lead Consultant
Graham set up Atkinson HR Consulting in 2017 and is an experienced Voluntary Sector senior leader including over 5-years as Director of People, Governance and Performance at the National Union of Students and 7-years as Director of Membership Services and HR at Northumbria Students’ Union.
Graham is the lead consultant on many of our projects and provides support and guidance to the rest of the team.
Director of Operations
Laura has over 4 years’ experience in compliance and performance management, and over 10 years’ experience in customer services and support.
She is responsible for our business systems and processes, communications and marketing, and is the office-based point of contact for our clients.
Laura also works with our clients on investigations, grievances and other casework.
People & Development Consultant
Eleanor joined our team in June 2019 in the role of People and Development Consultant. She's an experienced HR / L&D business partner with a strong background in performance management, coaching and Learning & Development.
She joined us from the Fung Group, where she spent four years as Learning and Organisational Development Manager, working with business leaders across Europe to develop L&D / OD strategies.
Tom is Chief Executive of Royal Holloway Students’ Union, a large charity with £7m turnover and over 500 staff.
He is an experienced leader within the HE sector and is a Trustee at The Albert Kennedy Trust. He's due to complete his MSc in Charity Accounting & Financial Management at Cass Business School.
Tom's focus for Atkinson HR Consulting is on governance and strategy development in the Voluntary Sector.
Vic is currently the Interim CEO at Consonant, a small charity in North London that provides advice and support to migrants and asylum seekers. Vic started her career in the student movement and spent 10 years at the National Union of Students where amongst other things she provided support to the NEC, training to students’ union officers and staff, and helped the organisation run award winning campaigns.
She moved on from NUS to spend 6 years at Save the Children where she held various leadership positions, the final one as the Strategy Director where she authored the organisation’s 2019-21 strategy and delivered the first year of its transformation program.
Vic will work with Atkinson HR Consulting clients on grievance investigations and change management.
